Position Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Facility Manager with proven Facilities Management experience in Qatar to lead Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations across diverse client portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have extensive exposure to both Hard Services and Soft Services, a strong customer-centric approach, and a proven ability to deliver operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and business performance.

Demonstrate the ability to make data-driven decisions, manage complex operations, resolve critical issues proactively, and deliver exceptional service standards while leading high-performing teams in a dynamic Qatar Facilities Management environment.

Key Result Areas

• Lead the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (Hard & Soft Services) in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, HSE standards, and business continuity.
• Build and manage strong client and stakeholder relationships while consistently achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Drive preventive maintenance, asset reliability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, develop talent, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage budgets, contracts, vendors, and commercial performance to maximize value.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews using data-driven insights.
• Identify operational risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement sustainable corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of Facilities Management experience, including mandatory experience managing FM operations in Qatar.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing both Hard Services and Soft Services within an Integrated Facilities Management environment.
• Proven experience managing prestigious client portfolios and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record in handling sensitive client relationships, operational challenges, and business-critical situations.
• Experience managing multicultural teams, vendors, contracts, and service delivery.

Preferred Certifications

The following certifications will be considered an added advantage:

• FMP (Facility Management Professional) – IFMA
• CFM (Certified Facility Manager) – IFMA
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Six Sigma Green Belt
• PMP, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent professional certifications.

Language Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Arabic and additional other regional languages (Hindi, Urdu, Sinhalese, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
