Full job description
SEERO Engineering Consulting LLC is looking for a fresh IT/Computer Science graduate to join our team and support the IT Lead with day-to-day IT operations and technical support activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are preferred, prior professional experience is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot common PC, printer, software, and connectivity issues.
- Strong willingness to learn IT infrastructure, network administration, and system support.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work closely with the IT Team Lead and provide day-to-day support to employees.
