Role Dimensions

· Works across multiple platform modules including core insurance systems, provider portals, member apps, e-claims engine, analytics dashboards and integration interfaces.

· Support both operational enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• B-tech degree in data science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, AI, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Proven background in predictive analytics, machine learning, data visualization, and artificial intelligence technologies.
• Strong capability in analytical reasoning, with effective stakeholder coordination and clear communication skills.
• Able to excel in dynamic, high-paced environments that require teamwork and collaboration

Technical Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis, modelling, and solution development.
• Expertise in developing interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modelling, machine learning, and forecasting techniques.
• Experience in data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and management across multiple data sources.
• Sound understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and OCR solutions.
• Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to support business decision-making.
• Skilled in designing, validating, and optimizing analytical models to improve operational and business performance.
• Effective at translating business requirements into data-driven solutions and communicating findings to diverse stakeholders.
