Nordic Sweets is a growing company specializing in Swedish candy, snacks, and beverages, bringing popular products from Sweden and the Nordic region to customers across Qatar. We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and ambitious female team member to help manage our store, engage with customers, and grow our brand both in-store and online.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Handle sales transactions and payments
  • Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays
  • Create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social media platforms
  • Respond to customer inquiries and messages
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Help identify opportunities to grow the business
  • Represent the Nordic Sweets brand professionally

Requirements

  • Female candidate
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with social media content creation and management
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or social media is preferred
