A Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. They manage reception duties, handle communications, provide customer service, and support daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and customers in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about company services
  • Maintain reception area organization and a professional appearance
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents
  • Manage visitor records and access procedures
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate with different departments to support office activities
  • Handle customer concerns and provide solutions when needed
