Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (Speaking & Writing)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service/call center is preferred
  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office & email handling)
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Must be currently available in Qatar

Responsibilities:

  • Attend customer calls and inquiries professionally
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and operations team
  • Handle complaints and provide timely solutions
  • Maintain customer records and service reports
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and support
