Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, business development, online sales, or healthcare/pharmacy operations.
- Proven experience in corporate sales, partnership development, and customer relationship management.
- Experience in the pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or e-commerce sector is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and online pharmacy operations is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is an added advantage.
- Transferable QID with immediate availability preferred.
- Candidates applying from outside Qatar must be willing to relocate to Qatar.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of online business operations, order fulfillment processes, and inventory management.
- Experience coordinating with warehouses, logistics teams, and customer service departments.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, online promotions, and customer acquisition techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, customer trends, and operational KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in preparing business reports and performance presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
