Civil Foreman - Facility Management

We are hiring for a reputed facility maintenance company based in Qatar, currently engaged in a government healthcare project. We are looking for a Civil Foreman with proven experience in facility maintenance, capable of supervising and coordinating civil works efficiently within healthcare or similar critical environments.

Position: Civil Foremen with facility management experience

Number of Positions: 1

Location: Rawdath Al Khail

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Duration: 1 month (extendable)

Work Days: 6 days a week

Salary: QAR 3,400 (All inclusive)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily civil maintenance work on-site.
• Coordinate laborers and subcontractors to ensure timely task completion.
• Follow safety and quality standards while handling basic troubleshooting.
• Read drawings, inspect work, and report progress to the site engineer or manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in facility management.
• Able to read drawings and supervise civil maintenance and repair work.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Valid QID and willing to work in Rawdath Al Khail
