Full job description
We are seeking a professional and client-focused Financial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consulting with clients, understanding their financial requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and building long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Provide professional consultation on financial products and services.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and financial recommendations.
- Follow up with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and financial products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial consulting, sales, banking, insurance, investments, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting sales or business development targets.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
