Responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and installation tasks at customer locations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Install and assemble equipment as required.
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain service records and submit maintenance reports.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Respond promptly to service calls and customer requests.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
