### **Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic team based in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing professional immigration advice and services, specializing in Canada, Australia, and Portugal immigration programs. This role is a leadership position, requiring someone with a proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management in the immigration sector. You will be responsible for guiding clients through various permanent residency and business immigration programs while achieving a minimum monthly sales collection of 40,000 QAR.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Consultation & Case Management:**
- Provide expert advice to clients on immigration programs for Canada, Australia, and Portugal, including permanent residency, work permits, business immigration programs, and other visa categories.
- Assess client profiles and eligibility for different immigration pathways, recommending tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Guide clients through the entire immigration process, from initial consultation to post-submission follow-ups.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation:**
- Achieve and maintain a minimum monthly sales collection target of 40,000 QAR.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Implement effective sales strategies to increase conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
- **Business Immigration Programs:**
- Provide consultation on business immigration options for entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners looking to establish or expand operations in Canada, Australia, and Portugal.
- Advise clients on requirements for business visas, investor visas, and other related programs.
- **Market Research & Updates:**
- Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration laws, regulations, and policies for Canada, Australia, and Portugal, ensuring clients receive the most current and accurate information.
- Identify potential market trends and opportunities for business growth and improvement in services offered.
- **Team Leadership & Collaboration:**
- Lead, mentor, and support junior consultants, providing guidance and sharing knowledge to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- **Client Documentation & Application Preparation:**
- Assist clients in compiling and submitting required documentation for visa applications and immigration processes.
- Ensure all applications are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations.
### **Qualifications and Experience:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an immigration consultant, with proven expertise in Canada, Australia, and Portugal immigration programs.
- In-depth knowledge of Canada and Australia Permanent Residency (PR) programs, business immigration options, and the Portugal Golden Visa program.
- Previous experience working with business immigration clients and entrepreneurs is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets (minimum of 40,000 QAR monthly sales collection).
- Certified immigration consultant (CICC, MARA, or equivalent certification) or the ability to acquire such certification is required.
- Strong understanding of immigration law, regulations, and documentation requirements for each of the countries mentioned.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Strong sales and business development acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficient in using immigration software and CRM tools.
- Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
