Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager (Multi-Unit Operations)
Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of operations across a portfolio of restaurants and bars. This role ensures consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and strict compliance with regulatory and brand standards. The position requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, team leadership capabilities, and multi-unit operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across all restaurants and bar outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Standardize operational procedures and maintain consistency across locations.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, ambiance, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
2. Financial Performance & Profitability
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across all outlets.
- Manage P&L, budgets, and cost control measures (food cost, beverage cost, labor cost).
- Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize pricing strategies and menu engineering.
3. Team Leadership & HR Management
- Recruit, train, and develop outlet managers and staff.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and accountability.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs.
- Ensure proper manpower planning and staff scheduling.
4. Quality & Guest Experience
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Handle escalating customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and implement guest engagement and loyalty initiatives.
5. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain food safety standards (HACCP, hygiene audits, etc.).
- Liaise with authorities for inspections, certifications, and renewals.
6. Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Ensure cost-effective sourcing without compromising quality.
- Monitor stock levels, wastage, and shrinkage.
7. Brand & Marketing Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Drive outlet-level marketing initiatives to increase footfall and revenue.
- Ensure brand standards and positioning are consistently maintained.
8. Strategic Planning & Expansion
- Identify opportunities for business growth and new outlet expansion.
- Support pre-opening activities for new restaurants/bars (set-up, hiring, SOPs).
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3–5 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
- Experience managing restaurants, bars, or hospitality chains is mandatory.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
