Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat support.
  • Provide accurate information about services, products, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Follow company procedures and communication guidelines.
  • Coordinate with other departments when necessary to resolve customer concerns.
  • Achieve performance targets and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Assist customers with bookings, appointments, or service requests when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate professionally through phone calls and chat support.
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
