Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat support.
- Provide accurate information about services, products, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Follow company procedures and communication guidelines.
- Coordinate with other departments when necessary to resolve customer concerns.
- Achieve performance targets and maintain high customer service standards.
- Assist customers with bookings, appointments, or service requests when required.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to communicate professionally through phone calls and chat support.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
