Full job description

Our Bar and Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and professional HR Coordinator to support our growing hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have strong HR administration experience, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of Qatar Labour Law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company policies
  • Support employee relations and day-to-day HR operations
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and other HR initiatives

Requirements:

  • Asian nationality
  • Female HR Coordinator preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
