Our Bar and Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and professional HR Coordinator to support our growing hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have strong HR administration experience, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of Qatar Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company policies
- Support employee relations and day-to-day HR operations
- Coordinate training, performance reviews, and other HR initiatives
Requirements:
- Asian nationality
- Female HR Coordinator preferred
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
