About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing Paints & Coatings division. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across the construction, building materials, contracting, and facilities management sectors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in selling paints, coatings, waterproofing solutions, or related building materials products, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Promote and sell paints, coatings, waterproofing products, and related services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, facility management companies, and project owners.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, product presentations, and project follow-ups.
  • Identify project opportunities and secure new accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM records regularly.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Paints & Coatings, Building Materials, Construction Products, Waterproofing Solutions, or Facilities Management Services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue growth.
  • Strong network of contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders in Qatar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of project sales and B2B sales environments.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
