Hostess –
Position Overview
We are seeking a welcoming and service-oriented Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at the beach facility. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth guest flow across seating and activity areas. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to deliver outstanding hospitality in a dynamic beach environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about available facilities, services, and promotions.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
- Maintain a professional and approachable presence at the entrance and guest service desk.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and courteously.
- Assist in promoting beach activities, special events, and F&B offerings.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the reception and guest service areas.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold the highest hospitality and customer service standards in line with company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism preferred).
- Prior experience working as a hostess, receptionist, or customer service professional within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
- Professional grooming, positive attitude, and guest-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, outdoor beach environment with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
