We are looking for a motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to support our HR operations and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day people operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
  • Screen applications and maintain candidate records
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Support onboarding activities for new interns and employees
  • Collect and organize employee documents
  • Maintain HR records and databases accurately
  • Ensure documentation is updated and properly stored

HR Operations

  • Track attendance and leave records
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication activities
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining operational data
  • Coordinate with different teams for HR-related requirements

Administrative Support

  • Help maintain organized employee files and records
  • Assist in updating policies, forms, and HR templates
  • Support day-to-day HR coordination and administrative tasks

Eligibility

  • Students or recent graduates pursuing/completed Commerce, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and people management

Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
