Full job description

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage local and international recruitment activities, coordinate candidate deployment, and ensure smooth recruitment operations in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for local and international candidates.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies, candidates, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate documentation, visa processing, medical clearances, and deployment schedules.
  • Arrange interviews, trade tests, and selection activities.
  • Maintain recruitment records and prepare periodic reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration requirements, and company policies.
  • Communicate recruitment and deployment updates to clients and candidates.
  • Support workforce planning and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment coordination or talent acquisition experience.
  • Knowledge of visa processing, immigration procedures, and workforce deployment.
  • Transferable QID with immediate availability preferred.
  • Willing to relocate to Qatar.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience in overseas recruitment and international workforce deployment.
