Public Relations Officer (PRO)-Junior
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all government-related processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating employee documentation and immigration procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and renew visas, residence permits, labor cards, and other government-related documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities, ministries, and regulatory bodies on behalf of the company.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding formalities, including visa transfers and cancellations.
- Monitor the status of applications and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties.
- Maintain accurate records of employee documents and company licenses.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding employee documentation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor and immigration regulations.
- Assist in obtaining approvals, permits, and licenses as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor, immigration, and governmental procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in using government portals and online systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Female candidate-Arabic nationality preferred.
- Experience handling corporate and employee-related government transactions.
- Familiarity with Metrash and other relevant government platforms.
