Public Relations Officer (PRO)-Junior

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all government-related processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating employee documentation and immigration procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and renew visas, residence permits, labor cards, and other government-related documentation.
• Liaise with government authorities, ministries, and regulatory bodies on behalf of the company.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding formalities, including visa transfers and cancellations.
• Monitor the status of applications and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties.
• Maintain accurate records of employee documents and company licenses.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding employee documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar labor and immigration regulations.
• Assist in obtaining approvals, permits, and licenses as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar labor, immigration, and governmental procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in using government portals and online systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Female candidate-Arabic nationality preferred.
• Experience handling corporate and employee-related government transactions.
• Familiarity with Metrash and other relevant government platforms.
