Line Cook-Multi Cuisine

*Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under pressure.

*Responsibilities:

Should be able to independently cook all International cuisines including cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.

Setting up cook stations and stocking them with the necessary prep supplies.

Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality.

Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

*Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in the respective position is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong customer service orientation.

Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
