About the Role

The Business Unit Director – CCTV, Security Systems & ELV Solutions is responsible for leading the overall growth, profitability, and performance of the business unit. The role will drive business development, project acquisition, strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and market expansion across security technologies and integrated solutions.

The primary objective of this role is to create long-term value for the company by growing revenue, securing major projects, expanding market presence, and ensuring profitable business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the business unit's strategy, growth plans, and commercial objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across CCTV, Access Control, ELV, Networking, Security Systems, and Technology Solutions.
  • Identify and secure new clients, projects, framework agreements, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with government entities, contractors, consultants, developers, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
  • Lead and oversee sales, projects, operations, technical services, and customer support functions.
  • Ensure successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor budgets, KPIs, profitability, and business performance.
  • Develop new service offerings and market opportunities to support business growth.
  • Lead and develop high-performing commercial and operational teams.
  • Report business performance and strategic initiatives to Sendian Group Management.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Security Systems, CCTV, ELV, ICT Infrastructure, Technology Solutions, or related industries.
  • Minimum 8 years in a senior management role with P&L responsibility.
  • Proven track record in business development, project acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Strong network within government, semi-government, construction, consulting, and corporate sectors.
  • GCC market experience is mandatory.
  • Strong commercial, leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
