Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pastry section.
• Assist with ingredient preparation and stock management.
• Support senior pastry chefs in daily operations.
• Ensure food quality and consistency at all times.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of pastry and baking techniques.
• Culinary or pastry qualification is an advantage.
• Passion for pastry, baking, and creativity.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous internship or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
