Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers.
  • Be responsible for all decoration maintenance and repair work related to the fabric of the Club building i.e. wallpapering, painting and decorating, etc.
  • Cover surfaces with appropriate material for protection during painting and post appropriate paint signs
  • Clean up and store paint and painting tools and equipment in appropriate areas
  • Works closely with supervisor and colleagues to carry out preventive maintenance and annual maintenance program.
  • Ensures adequate inventory of painting supplies and materials and maintains work area in clean and orderly fashion.
  • Ensure to give particular attention to noise that may disturb the guests, maintain cleanliness of uniform, grooming and always behave as a diligent, honest, polite.
  • To participate in any Training & Development sessions as recommended by senior supervisors.
  • Adhere to all safety practices, safety rules, and regulations.
  • Perform Other Duties as assigned.
