To carry out planning and coordination of offshore maintenance activities such as arrangements of spares, repairs of offshore equipment's, testing of equipments, materials, etc.

· Offshore maintenance coordinator to assist offshore maintenance team to plan, order, receive and manifest the required materials to perform various preventive and corrective maintenance activities of offshore facilities.

· Keeping track of all materials withdrawn from warehouse for offshore maintenance activities, record the material inventories, vendor supplied materials, etc.

· Plan and arrange various repair and testing activities related with the maintenance of offshore equipments and assist offshore maintenance supervisors and technicians to execute the job

Responsibilities:

• · Coordinate daily as well as weekly planning activities, assist offshore maintenance team to arrange the required repair or maintenance works from various Contractors, vendors, workshop, etc at onshore location.
• · Review of all CM work orders in SAP, consult with offshore maintenance team for the job planning, arrangements of materials and resources, and facilitate for the execution of job.
• · Coordinate with warehouse and withdrawal of required spare parts from inventory and make necessary arrangements to facilitate the materials to offshore.
• · Coordinate with external vendors and workshop facilities to carry out various repairs and testing activities, calibration service, inspection of received materials, facilitate the required spare parts, etc
• · Order and keep an inventory of tools, supplies and parts needed for various types of equipment
• · Coordinate with maintenance engineer and supervisor to arrange engineering or fabrication drawings for any further required modification or repair works, upgrades,etc
• · Establishes and maintains a reliable network of outside vendors and suppliers to ensure cost effective and timely support of materials and services for offshore maintenance activities. Coordinate with vendors to execute the repair works
• · Purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required after getting approval from Offshore maintenance supervisor or engineer.
• · Coordinate with offshore maintenance team during offshore shutdowns period and arrange the required materials, manage the spare parts, tools, services etc
• · Execute modification in maintenance records and key equipment with significant spares during setting apt reorder levels along with quantities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical of Instrumentation

Minimum of 5 years experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Maintenance

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Technician in installation, maintenance and repair of stationary equipment in gas or petrochemical production plant

Mandatory: Valid Qatar Driver's License

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
