We are seeking a professional and responsible Reception & Nursing Assistant to support front-office operations and provide basic health and first-aid assistance within a corporate office environment in Qatar. This role does not involve clinical or hospital duties and is limited to office-based health support.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Office Administration:

• Receive and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor log records
• Coordinate meeting room schedules and appointments
• Perform basic administrative and clerical support tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area

Health & First-Aid Support (Office-Based):

• Provide basic first-aid and immediate assistance to employees when required
• Monitor and record basic vitals when necessary (BP, temperature, etc.)
• Maintain first-aid kits and office medical supplies
• Assist in workplace health, safety, and wellness initiatives
• Coordinate with nearby clinics or emergency services when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Assistance
• Valid nursing certificate/license (QCHP / MoPH preferred but not mandatory for office roles)
• Previous experience in reception or office administration is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Presentable, calm, and professional attitude
• Experience working in a corporate or administrative environment in Qatar / GCC
• Familiar with basic workplace health & safety practices
• Ability to handle confidential employee information
• Proficient in MS Office applications
