Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing, joinery, wood production, metal fabrication, and/or fit-out operations.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, operational efficiency, cost control, and quality management.
  • Experience in resource planning, workflow coordination, and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or contracting companies is preferred.

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR25,000.00 per month
