Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
• Monitor stock movements and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise replenishment requests when required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
• Supervise store personnel and support efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of GCC experience as a Store In Charge, Storekeeper, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
