Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in FMCG products, and the ability to manage warehouse activities efficiently while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, and distribution processes.
- Experience managing warehouse staff and coordinating daily activities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and warehouse compliance standards.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and sales departments.
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
- Implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and inventory flow.
- Prepare operational reports and inventory analyses for management.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Minimize stock losses, damages, and discrepancies.
