Career Land Center is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious 5-star hotel in Kuwait for the position of:
Assistant Manager – Event Operations
If you are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and have a strong background in event and hospitality operations, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
- Support the planning and execution of conferences, weddings, corporate events, and special functions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery
- Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Supervise event operations teams and ensure smooth day-to-day activities
- Assist in managing budgets, schedules, and operational requirements
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in event operations within a hotel or hospitality environment
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
✔ Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
