As an Administrative Assistant you will play an important role in supporting daily operations and helping medical and administrative teams work efficiently. You will collaborate with different departments manage administrative tasks and help ensure smooth day to day operations across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to managers physicians and department teams

Manage calendars schedule appointments and coordinate meetings

Prepare reports presentations correspondence and other business documents

Maintain accurate records files and confidential information

Answer phone calls respond to email inquiries and assist patients visitors and staff with professionalism

Coordinate travel arrangements office supplies and departmental requests when needed

Support the organization of meetings training sessions and hospital events

Assist with data entry document management and administrative reporting

Work closely with different departments to ensure effective communication and efficient workflow

Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in administration office support or a similar role is an advantage

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
