Lead skilled fabrication teams and bring precision engineering projects to life. At Neo-Metal Industries, you will supervise daily workshop operations, ensure high-quality metal fabrication, and drive productivity across cutting, welding, and assembly processes.

This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys leadership, technical work, and delivering high-quality fabrication projects in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily metal fabrication activities in the workshop
  • Lead and coordinate welders, fabricators, and technicians
  • Ensure fabrication work meets technical drawings and specifications
  • Monitor cutting, welding, and assembly processes
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure high workmanship standards
  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment usage
  • Plan work schedules and assign tasks to team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
  • Troubleshoot fabrication issues and implement solutions
  • Maintain production reports and progress updates
