Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Education Coordinator to manage student support services, coordinate admissions processes, liaise with educational institutions, and ensure a seamless experience for students throughout their educational journey. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate student admissions, enrollment, and application processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to prospective and current students.
  • Communicate with universities, colleges, and educational partners regarding admissions requirements and student placements.
  • Maintain accurate student records and databases.
  • Assist students with documentation, visa-related requirements, and application submissions.
  • Monitor application deadlines and ensure timely completion of all required processes.
  • Organize educational events, seminars, workshops, and information sessions.
  • Respond to student inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
  • Prepare reports and administrative documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve student services and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in education services, student counseling, admissions, or administrative coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international students or educational institutions.
  • Knowledge of international admissions processes and student visa procedures.
