• Receive MEP materials, equipment, tools, and consumables delivered to the project/site.
• Check materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, material requisitions, and approved specifications.
• Inspect quantities, descriptions, sizes, and general condition of materials upon receipt and report discrepancies or damages.
• Properly store and organize materials according to their type, size, usage, and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Issue materials only against authorized Material Requisitions / Store Requests.
• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Store In-Charge or management of materials requiring replenishment.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, and segregation of materials.
• Maintain stock registers, bin cards, material records, and inventory documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile physical quantities with system/register balances.
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, damaged, obsolete, and surplus materials and report accordingly.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other MEP materials.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Project, Engineering, and Site Teams regarding material requirements and availability.
• Maintain proper documentation for material transfers between stores, sites, and projects.
• Ensure tools and equipment issued to employees are properly recorded and returned.
• Maintain the store in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Follow company procedures for material control, storage, housekeeping, and safety.
• Assist during internal and external audits and provide required stock records and supporting documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly stock reports as required by management.
• Perform other store-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Store In-Charge.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
