Full job description
A Property Coordinator / Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support for property management activities. The role involves coordinating tenant requests, maintaining property records, assisting with documentation, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily office operations to ensure smooth property management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining property documents
- Coordinate communication between tenants, property managers, maintenance teams, and vendors
- Handle tenant inquiries, service requests, and follow up on issues
- Schedule property inspections, meetings, and maintenance appointments
- Prepare reports, invoices, contracts, and other property-related paperwork
- Maintain accurate records of leases, payments, and property information
- Assist with rent tracking and follow up on outstanding documents or payments
- Support property managers with daily operations and client communication
- Monitor maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with service providers
- Perform general office administration duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, administration, or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills
Pay: QAR48,000.00 - QAR72,000.00 per year
