Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between subcontractors, site engineers, and project owners.
Oversee site activities to ensure work aligns with project timelines, technical specifications, and safety protocols.
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials to prevent site delays.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for senior management and clients.
Manage permit applications and ensure compliance with local Qatari building regulations.
Assist in resolving technical issues on-site and facilitating necessary design adjustments.
Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain Almannan’s high standards of craftsmanship.

Skills and Requirements

Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and engineering blueprints.
Project Management Tools: Strong experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic language skills are highly valued for vendor coordination.
Safety Mindset: Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and risk management.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in construction coordination or site supervision, preferably within the GCC.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
