SPECIALTY COFFEE BARISTA

Luxury Lifestyle Hotel • Doha, Qatar • USD $1,600 - $2,700 net per month • Housing and Transportation allowances

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a knowledgeable and passionate Specialty Coffee Barista for a prominent luxury lifestyle hotel in Doha, Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes specialty coffee, thrives on sharing their expertise with guests, and takes pride in elevating every cup into a memorable experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Craft and deliver exceptional coffee experiences tailored to individual guest preferences
  • Apply deep knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, brewing techniques, and flavour to guide and educate guests
  • Maintain the highest standards of coffee preparation, presentation, and consistency across all offerings
  • Contribute to coffee menu development and seasonal program creation
  • Train and inspire team members on specialty coffee knowledge, technique, and service standards
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging innovations in the specialty coffee space

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Previous experience in a specialty coffee role such as Head Barista, Coffee Specialist, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, sourcing, and sensory evaluation
  • Experience within luxury hospitality, fine dining, or premium cafe concepts is highly desirable
  • Professional coffee certifications are an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with and engage guests
  • A proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach
