no proper training for new staff,no department orientation and unfriendly/unsupportive old staff
Coordinator (Former Employee) –  DohaJanuary 7, 2020
There is no proper training for new joiners, no department orientation and they expect you to know everything within of 1 week, older staff are not supportive. I never felt the warm welcome in my team.

Though the manager was really nice,he doesn't know the job at all therefore there is no mentoring. There's no one I can ask about the job, because every one is busy with their works.
Pros
Good timings, high salary and good benefits
Cons
Discrimination
