Weill Cornell Medical College is widely hailed for being one of the best Medical Schools in the world. This was evident by the incredibly passionate professors and students who worked as equals for the greater good of helping patients lives.
There is no proper training for new joiners, no department orientation and they expect you to know everything within of 1 week, older staff are not supportive. I never felt the warm welcome in my team.
Though the manager was really nice,he doesn't know the job at all therefore there is no mentoring. There's no one I can ask about the job,because every one is busy with their works.
