At Vodafone, we're restless and passionate about creating a better future. A more connected, more inclusive, and a more sustainable world. We believe technology is only as powerful as the people using it, to create a better tomorrow. Join us today and be inspired to make an impact you can see and feel.
The Spirit of Vodafone is our ethos. It’s our passion and drive to improve the lives of our customers, colleagues and communities every day. It informs the qualities we look for in our people – and it underpins our purpose to create a better future for all.
From the very beginning, we’ve believed that the best ideas can come from anyone. From different people with different views and opinions. Today, we pride ourselves on being as diverse and inclusive in our working environment as we are in our customer base.
We’re proud to offer equal opportunities regardless of age, cultural background, disability, gender, marital status, nationality, political belief, race, religious or sexual orientation. We can only leverage this diversity by building an inclusive culture where everyone is respected, can be themselves and strive to be their best. That way we can build a better future for our employees, our partners, the communities we work in and our customers.

Work as much you could dont have expectations only the work environment is enjoyable but the work is quite hectic and it kills ur creative mindset and desire to be willing to do alot
You have to achieve targets to avoid bad mouthing from management. They change you every 3 months to different location you need to have a car. Sometimes i feel like we are fooling and looting customers
I worked at Vodafone in Retail, to be honest the whole experience was amazing specially the compensation and bonuses paid to staff. However, Nationality bias was always present “Each nationality prompt their kind but not based on performance” that’s why few people get the chance to progress within the company. Overall, working for Vodafone is worth it and the experience that you get is unmatchable which should help you to get other job offers once the new employer realises that your have worked for a multinational company.
The only relation between this company and Vodafone is the sign on top of the wall. I have worked for Vodafone in Egypt before and there is a 100 light year gap between the two companies.
Always so much pressure from higher position employees for new connections and no secure for the salary and no care about the person who work for all the day and night ...
