Working with Dedicated Lan Team for monitoring and managing the LAN Network for the New Airport.
Managed troubleshooting for all kind of network related problems faced by customer and proactively troubleshooting and managing Lan issues with network devices in the New Airport.
Working with networking tools like putty and telnet to login remotely in switches/router and checking all the parameters.
Working with Networking tools Like NNM(Network node manager) & HPOM(HP Operation manager) for managing and troubleshooting all type of network related alerts received.
Working with HPSM(HP Service manager) Ticketing system to follow up for network issues and updating the status for different issues faced and troubleshoot within the provided SLA. Also escalating the issues to the escalation level when required.
