Great benefits

Benefits are great. Medical/dental/vision. 401K, stocks. Pto and holiday pay. You get your college paid for. Great cell phone discount. Good maternity leave.

luckily my store had great management and co workers and pay really depends on location. amazing company to work for they have great benefits and employee discount.

Fun

Great and easy to do things , a lot of cleaning and working together as a team, goals need to be met but it’s fairly easy unless you’re at a super slow store

Easy job

An easy job. I just dont like the idea of LYING to sell. Especially to customers with hard of hearing, language barriers, and who are looking within budget. Management was a joke.

A lot of cons

Hardest part of the job is trying to reach your goal. you get write ups back to back for not reaching unrealistic goals they want you to hit. Management isn’t the best

Missing pay

A big reason I work for tend is because they pay you 2-3 business days after you complete a shift. It is now Dec 13th, I worked on Dec 4th and still have not received a payment. They have little to no information regarding support specialist to assist with issues like this. The shifts I have worked, there is no safe place to put your belongings when you do arrive to work a shift and you’re probably not going to get a break the whole time.

Decent Money

Only thing I loved about it was the weekly pay and the uncapped commission opportunities. Management wasn't the greatest but can be a fun environment with the right people.

They will get you excited about opportunity for sales and commission . But with not much walk in traffic and low commission you won’t make too much money

Poor leadership

Communication was absent - leadership lied to staff about transferring locations. Inflexible hours. Encouraged to lie to customers in order to hit sales goals.

Fun work place.

It was a fun! I enjoyed working with them and the managers were great they were there to help you reach your goals. The perks/discounts an added bonus. You had to make a certain amount but if you didn’t it was okay. (Only because we were a brand new loc. it was fine.) the more you know the better you get at upselling and building connections to keep customers looking for you. It was also a commission base kinda thing so there was definitely some pressure to keep numbers going up and it was up to you on how much you wanted to make being a sales associate there.

U make the $ u want to earn. If u are not lazy and are willing to sell and learn promotions you can make a good amount of money. This is one of the first jobs I’ve liked

If you make work fun it will be fun and just communication and getting along really gets you far you just gotta work dont be trying to work here if you are about yourself because it is a team job
