Call Center
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Wichita, KS - January 31, 2023
Call Center employment. No one calls a cell phone company to discuss how happy they are with their plan. Not a lot of help from management. Highly stressful. Team member favoritism.

Leadership is a dictatorship
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Mission, TX - January 7, 2023
Leadership is more corrupt than your local government officials and they will team up to fire you if you step on their toes. Majority of leadership are narcissist and don't like being called out on their wicked schemes.
Pros
Pretty OK pay and time off if you have pto hours rackedd up
Cons
Poor leadership

Horrible place to work
Customer Service Associate Expert (Former Employee) - Oakland, ME - December 21, 2022
They are very disrespectful. Seem all fun and nice then next thing u know it’s like a cult. You make on make one person mad off and they all hate you. U don’t get your bonuses then u start to get coached all the time and it’s just miserable they watch your every move
Cons
Expensive food, always being watched, rude to you

Loud & unprofessional
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Augusta, GA - December 15, 2022
Its.. ghetto. Very micro managed. if you dont like being constantly put on the spot then this is not for you. Alot of young people who are loud and unprofessional. Music is played super loud, demanding metrics, smart mouth people and very clickish.

The payment is not that bad but management is not easy to talk with. I learned a lot of stuff about selling though. Also I learned to use a lot of programs, sometimes at the same time
