A very relaxed workplace which challenges your sales knowledge and brings out your competitor

T Mobile is great place to work at. They are very flexible with scheduling and honor all types of availability. Days can range fro being really slow to really fast paced but you are always doing something. Whether it be making sales, calling customers about promotions, or changing out merchandise. A great working environment with a lot of opportunity to grow.

Leadership is a dictatorship

Leadership is more corrupt than your local government officials and they will team up to fire you if you step on their toes. Majority of leadership are narcissist and don't like being called out on their wicked schemes.

Pros

Pretty OK pay and time off if you have pto hours rackedd up

Cons

Poor leadership

Pay is what you make out of it

If you hustle you can make decent money. Commission structure is always changing, always be willing to move with new trends, adapting quick to change will determine your success.

Terrible company to work for

One of the worst companies I have worked for. Management are all buddies so either you are in or you are on the outside looking in and treated like an outcast. They expect you to perform more work in less time taking advantage of salaried employees. They find ways to disrupt commission pay by changing goals mid month. Co-workers constantly throwing each other under the bus for no reason. Almost impossible to move up unless you are part of the good ol boys club.

Pros

Salary

Cons

Comission, Workload, Management, Culture

goals are getting crazy

they want too much for the pay. they are never happy . they expect you to sell accessories, tablets, IOT, internet to one single customer and offer the most premium plan even if it doesn'tt fit their needs

T-Mobile has an inclusive environment

The T-Mobile culture is very inclusive for all types of people. If you don't feel included, you are not looking very hard. T-Mobile also supports a work life balance.

I love the people I work with

The job is fine but they don’t give you room to grow. Nice hours and starting pay is fine. After that no raises until you become a store manager.

What is the best part of working at the company? You basically get to write your own paycheck because of commission. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Days when there aren't any customers. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? For the "T-Mobile" culture, it's good - it depends on if you are at a third party retailer or not and what that particular company's culture may be like. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Clock in, wait on people to show up and as I am looking into different accounts I'm trying to pick out what the customer needs/wants as they talk to me. Even with new customers. Finding the best deals, etc...

Good if you’re young and know nothing about employment laws

You’re gonna burn yourself out to meet sales goals, have customers threaten you to your face. if your not into sucking up, you won’t move up. My advice, get in and get out.
