T Mobile is great place to work at. They are very flexible with scheduling and honor all types of availability. Days can range fro being really slow to really fast paced but you are always doing something. Whether it be making sales, calling customers about promotions, or changing out merchandise. A great working environment with a lot of opportunity to grow.

Results driven. Numbers 1st organization focused on share holders not very employee focused unfortunately. Over time the company has become more quantity over quality & integrity sales/customer experience results

Had an amazing experience interning there

This is an amazing company to intern in. They have several presentations from the company executes which give a good overview into the industry. They also let you into regular meetings.

A great place to work. You feel valued and pay is good.

Unfortunately, the company goes through a lot of workforce reduction phases. It is very difficult to advance within the company as there is a lot of competition within.

easy job to learn hard to master.

At first it may seem like alot to learn, but after a month of training and shadowing you can learn how it works. The management was great even if they expected alot.

Call Center

Call Center employment. No one calls a cell phone company to discuss how happy they are with their plan. Not a lot of help from management. Highly stressful. Team member favoritism.

Fun workplace depending on location

- Good Commission if you’re in a busy location- Poor Commision structure- A lot of meetings- Have to meet sales goals- Fun work environment if you’re in a good store

Very Woke Company

If you thrive in environments where you are treated like a snowflake and are a brown noseer, this is the place for you.Management is useless, they all follow a playbook, every manager sounds the same, there is no indivuality, it's a very cookie cutter like culture and the biggest brown nosers usually thrive

What is the best part of working at the company?For the most part, I enjoyed the customers. Trying to find solutions to existing problems has always been something I thrive at.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?It is SALES driven! If you don't sell, you get dismissed. Tmobile made a huge mistake when revamping their signals in southern wv. As a result they lost a lot of customers. The company is not concerned with their lack of production, just yours. Proceed with caution!!What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Stressful to the extreme. You spent the bulk of your time praying for customers and then bring stressed out and depressed when they didn't showWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Slow. Dull. Standing around A LOT. If you want the time to pass quickly try cleaning the store, because customer visitation will be minimal

Very fun and a lot to learn in this job. Learn how to talk to different types people, old/young, man/woman. Opens you up to the world of sales. Definitely could make good money

Company only cares about making money and interested on you up sales despite what the customer called in about even if they was trying to lower bill would need to sale so kind of feature

A glorified telemarketer

Micromanaging, constant beat up sessions, unreasonable quotas. The list goes on and on. They want you to cold call and book appointments all day. Basically telemarketing.

Great earning potential, changing culture

Have been with many different departments of company. This segment seems to be the youngest in terms of how the org is put together, the great market share growth opportunities, and earnings potential.

Don't work there.

They are in a mass layoff spree, don't do it. Senior leadership only cares about the money. They had a good culture but now they are basically Sprint since they merged they took on the poor culture.

Good to work for but if they are going to tac on more metrics to hit there should be an increase in pay. They have good over all benefits including highly discounted plans

Great Place to Work

This place is a great place to work. In retail you will have retail hours. Required to work weekends, and this is a sales job, so making sure that you’re doing your best to sell service and products is a must.

Learn new technologies, phone discount

Management will stab you in the back unless you are part of the cliche. They do not care about what you know, all depends on if you are one of their favorites.

Best place to work..

I say if you gotta be anywhere away from home, this is the place to be, you get to work with amazing ppl and great pay, not to mention how assisting customers with saving their hard earned money is so rewarding..
