Toxic Work Environment with Weak and Oblivious Management
Program Manager (Former Employee) - Qatar - July 14, 2020
This is an organization which is a typical representation of toxicity, favorism, bigotry and sexism. Especially if you are unfortunate to be a part of Healthcare department, either be prepared to get into some serious yes-man culture for everything the director asks for, or be fired. If you are sincere in your work and care about the quality of service to be provided to the client, then there is a guarantee you will be hated and insulted for any good ideas you bring forth. However, if you indulge into sucking up to the management and this Irish guy, you can get promoted without any other skills. If you are a woman, either be someone who can deal with an ancient mentality of men who think all women are useless and can have no great ideas, or be someone who just dresses up to impress. If you are a smart man or woman, who is passionate about their job and have wonderful ideas to bring improvement in processes and care about the client, STAY AWAY.
Pros
Wonderful place for people without skills!
Cons
Bigots in Management, Toxic Culture with extreme Racism and Sexism

As they are not confirmed on your position
Pros

Inconsistent Leadership/Management Team
Project Manager (Former Employee) - Doha - March 7, 2020
90% of malomatia’s business is through single source projects awarded directly by the Qatari Government. Those projects are suffering cost overruns and repetitively missed deadlines as they are managed in malomatia by negative emotions, false status reporting/altered numbers, continuous cross departmental conflicts, and ZERO cooperative decision-making.
The disconnected from reality Leadership and Management team ran malomatia’s reputation into the ground as it become the low performance poor quality information technology Services Company that it is today.

Good company with Public sector mentality
Senior SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant (Current Employee) - Doha - March 27, 2018
Malomatia is a government investment in the Information technology sector, with that in mind it is favored in all the government tenders and projects. But in the private sector arena, Malomatia can't compete well due to overlooked costs and lazy response of its sales team.
The company management is very reluctant to make major culture change in the company that can enhance its ability to survive outside the public sector industry.
Pros
Stable, good work/life balance, Government investment
Cons
long business workflows, old fashioned management
