Pay & benefitsGood benefits , low initial pay , thanks to the Union and longevity , ending pay was respectableOverallMy experience working at Johnson Controls was ok or wouldn't have stayed for 29 years , p er personally, not a fan of fast paced environment
No place for advancement, Pay not great, empty promises from management, no life-work balance, point system is flawed, supervisors don’t know what they’re doing, no proper training, hard workers aren’t acknowledged, a lot of misinformation about covid
The culture at JCI is focused on P&L. They don’t value their customers or their employees. They only care about how much money you are making for the corporate level management and investors. If you are looking for a mid-management job with no guarantee of how long you will work there then JCI is a place for you. Anytime finances change within the company no matter how good you are doing at the local level they will lay you off. Not a very good place to work!
They pay well and they do their best to have company activities and nice bonuses. Its an all n all good place to work.
I like it there. They encourage you to move up and the upper management are great. They reward you for working hard most of the upper management are thankful for your hard work and dedication.
Very hostile employees manager hostile does care about your well being no room for advancement unless you have college degree work slows down during Christmas if you are temp workers highly likely you will be layoff during work shortage
Most of the time they care more about the quantity than quality of the product and the wellbeing of their employees. When it comes to the new employees they don't take the time to make sure that they are properly informed and trained in the area or job they are working in.
Horrible place to work...i was originally excited when I got hired on but then really started to notice how snakey the up and ups in the company actually are. No security no sense of purpose...simply there to get paid. If you're lucky you'll get to work a full shift...
It need more management work and they need more sells. It’s a nice and friendly environment. Brakes and luches are paid that’s awesome. People are friendly and management is alright
Brake and punches are paid for. Nice people. Good work environment
