Poor

Jacobs is like any other contracting company that prides themselves on being for the people and team when it’s the complete opposite. They sale you on bogus contracts, poor leadership, and senior leadership sell you pipe dreams, of being the greatest thing since sliced bread. Jacobs is a what have you done for me lately company and if you serve no purpose in their right now goal, they don’t view you for anything future related. They will hold up your unemployment, and will also have lack luster response to emails. Jacobs low ball employees and leadership work from home and have the luxury of being over paid. Be carful Jacobs isn’t for the faint of heart .

It is one of leader company in the world in engineering field , really, they have excellent system for the employees (structure system, they established a monitoring programme for unethical behavior).

Productive and helpful co-workers

I've learn that you need to strong manager to lead a big project like Qatar Rail to finish on-time. I also learn that managers don't need to shout in order to be followed and respected at Jacobs everybody respects everybody all you have to do is say the truth what happen and look for solutions instead of pointing fingers.

Great working atmosphere

Working atmosphere among all the departments were very nice. There were monthly visit by the higher management and one to one personal interview about how to improve project culture etc.

Overall one of the best employers i have ever worked with. The management takes keen interest in the personal development of the employees and team building is seen to be much more important in contrast with other employers in thew industry.

The assigned job is a lead role with challenges to deliver the tasks on time and with customer satisfaction. Equal opportunities to develop skills with complete support of the senior management. Co-operation with team to complete the project goal.

Very good opportunities for learning and professional development.

Great environment to work in. Other staff are on the most part very helpful and enthusiastic. Leadership here is very strong and the quality of work is a very high standard. Good corporate structure, collaborative team environment and lots of career opportunities.

Good people to work with

CH2M Hill employees are highly professional with sound technical knowledge, diverse backgrounds and good ethics. CH2M has good projects to work for. Also the management is not hierarchical.
