Its always been challenging to work everyday. You have to be on your toes as situation may vary. The management has been supportive of us. Working in a multi cultural corporation is challenging. The hardest part of the is when patient needs are not met. The most enjoyable and unforgettable part is when an angry patient and family smiles and says thank you at the end of the day.
I worked at Health Information Systems Department since 10 years with no promotion or increments. You worked hard, and you paid less.Staff doesn't have any wrights, they can terminate you anytime without sending any notification.
In my seven years and four months with the company, my superiors/officers have been very helpful and very cooperative. I have learned so much from them and from my co-workers as well. Because of what I learned, my productivity rate were high that's from the appreciation letter i received from my bosses.

Its Wonderful experience in Hamad Medical Corporation. working in a place where your work and impact are never limited to just your desk.romote a working culture that enables employees to be more accountable, transparent, collaborative, and innovative in their everyday working lives. In order to achieve our organizational goals, we want to engage and unify all employees, ensuring every member of our community is empowered to approach their work in new ways.
It was very nice to work at Hamad for me it was so comfortable highly confident and could catch up everything so quickly. I resigned because I had to go back to my own country for my treatment for 3 months. So unfortunately I have to get resigned from the hospital.
People stick for the good salary and paid leave and free yearly plane ticket. Middle managers are very difficult to deal with.
Good salary, health insurance paid annual leave with free plane tickets. Good system but the problem is the middle managers who are very difficult to deal with. Punitive and restrictive work environment, no support from unit managers if you are not their favorite.
The top level executive of the corporation is the Health Minister which creates a conflict of interest; the legal department of HMC is headed by a person who does nothing but defending the corporation without any consideration to any ethical practices or fairness; the legal department fosters bully tactics and thuggery; the procurement department is known in the Health fraternity to be corrupt.
HMC offers great opportunities for all employees and new candidates in terms of continuous education, salary and compensations, team culture and respect diversities. Every day is special where employees seek more advancements and innovate to sustain the high quality of care. people here are learning from each other and grab opportunities to grow professionally. the corporation recognizes all efforts and encourages everyone to share ideas and thoughts with the aim of promoting the healthcare system in the country.
