My job in DOPET is challenging especially in my early years in the company as most of the Head of the Department are used to request their Manpower needs with the Tag Label "ASAP".
Recruiting right candidate cannot be found with "ASAP" tag thus Recruitment Team should have ample time to qualify each candidate in order for us to access if he / she is the right fit for the company in general and for the position in particular.
Gradually everyone involved understand the Recruitment Systems we development and it is more enjoyable to work if everybody is in the same page.
Talks about responsibilities are more than being responsible. Everyone starts to blame each other when there is a problem at work. So long as the work is easy and is executed as it should be, it's good company to be in.
