Productive work place and has develop effective work relationships in a multi-cultural environment.

It is very prolific work every day as i learn to maximize my duties and responsibility from being an administrator to reception to security screening of visitors/package. And due to the nature and size of the office in Qatar i have also assist our UAE HR department in preparing logistics of newly-hired staff and a number of candidates for interview for both and local international recruitment. Co-workers were very supportive, the camaraderie was beyond expected. The Management has introduce the anti-bullying campaign to protect the equal right of its employees. The hardest part was after a long holiday and you need to catch up for all the pending work. The most enjoyable part is when you meet colleagues from other outlet or branch of the bank.
