Aster is a good brand but some employees are conniving to destroy the brand for their selfish ends. The location is good and some of the doctors are very good. Marketing can be done better and if the work culture can be improved amongst staff then it will surely get back to its glory days

Good healthcare Company. We can trust the services from Aster

Rich in culture and services. Excellent staffs. Insufficient staffs in each department makes complaints from customers. But Excellent Company. Safe working with Aster. Humble and kind Doctors and Nurses.

Very good treatment with quality services assured

Mims calicut, especially on emergency departments it was a good experience in career growth. Learning, all the staff those who worked with Mims satisfied with the policies and procedures, rules and regulations are good and nice

Pathetic management in qatar

Pathetic management in qatar. Most of the staffs are really good in their job, even the clinical manager most of them are really good and staff too. But the problem was the CEO, and some managers etc(CRM, OPERATION MANAGER..)

Aster DM Healthcare is an excellent organization. we feel safe in this organization very supportive. There is no restriction while working. we feel free to work over here. we have complete authority at the same time I am taking complete responsibility to complete any task. Management is very supportive. Really thanks to this organization that they have given me this opportunity to serve here I am doing my best to my staff and my patient so that they feel comfortable. Like training. taking classes. and myself I learned a lot from this organization. I am really grateful for this organization.

The front desk staff greets incoming patients, directing them in person or by phone to the proper areas. When greeting in person, the front desk staff will give a precursory assessment of incoming patients. If patients are bleeding or exuding other bodily fluids, they may lead them to a private area to await more detailed assessments. Front desk workers also greet professionals such as pharmaceutical representatives or consulting doctors. The medical receptionist is also responsible for keeping the flow of patients moving smoothly and maintaining a neat front area.

Getting experience

Key Responsibilities • Cross verify each and every invoice sent to insurance to conform the figures with FA figures • On receipt of the payment details from the concerned persons/ insurance companies, resubmission to be made within 15 days. • To prepare a report and update finance department for the resubmission made. • To follow up for payment with the insurance companies for resubmitted claims. • To have a check on the rejection made and to send a doctor wise rejection report to Finance department on a Monthly basis (By 3rd of every month). • Report to be prepared clearly stating the rejection made by an insurance company for write off purpose. • Revise the tariff with each insurance company every two years after getting the approval of rates from Finance department and CEO. • To have SOP prepared and kept at each clinic with regard to each insurance company. • Regularly follow up with the insurance companies for payment. • Reduce the present credit period with each company and bring it to the terms agreed in contract. • Empanelment of Clinics with NHIC.

Challenging works and with provided sports facilities

Received /reviewed assigned works by project supervisor, prepared materials and tools, Assigned individual task to technician, I learned in electrical instrumentation and bus bar installation, Management are very strict. some of co workers are friendly although they are from different country. Hardest job is cable pulling of main feeder system and I enjoyed works during cable /wire termination and testing and commsioning
